Save email attachments into Amberlo
Tired of searching through your emails for attachments? Store them all in one place for easy access. From now you can store all attachments you receive in email to a specific folder in Amberlo. That way everything is always right where it needs to be.
- Upload files to an email right from Amberlo
Once you have the file in Amberlo, you can easily attach it to an email - no downloading files to your PC. Just upload it to your email directly from Amberlo and you are ready to send. This also removes any dependency on installed software to access or work on such files on the move.
- Sort Untracked emails
Until now, Amberlo provided an easy and intuitive way of knowing which of your emails still haven't been tracked, but there was no way of organizing them. That's where the latest feature - sorting of untracked emails - comes in. You can now sort such emails by additional options like the date of the email, name, or other options. The idea is to make it easier to figure out which conversations you might need to revisit or follow up with.
Periodic (Recurring) Budget
We know that certain matters require a budget to be set due to specific client needs. So from now on, Amberlo offers an option to set a Periodic (or Recurring) Budget for a matter. It allows you to track your budget spending in monthly intervals for a set period, or over the life of your matter. The Budget will reset automatically on the first day of the month. Moreover, Amberlo compares budgeted data with real-time results, so you'll always have a clear overview of how close you are to filling the budget.
Volume-based discounts (or volume-based billing) as one of the alternative fee arrangements have become increasingly popular among law firms in recent years. From now on, you can set an agreed-upon fixed fee or blended hourly rate for a certain number of hours and discounted rate after exceeding the agreed hours. Example: For the first 10 hours 120 € hourly rate will be applied, after 10:01 forward, a 100 € hourly rate will be applied.
