Office 365 Calendar integration
By connecting Office365 to Amberlo means you can view all your information from within the system, all in real-time, so you can run your legal office more smoothly, securely, and efficiently. Activities you create in Amberlo can be automatically synchronized to your Office 365 Outlook calendar, and events that you create in your Office 365 Outlook calendar will be automatically synchronized to Amberlo. Just connect your Office 365 calendar (a.k.a. Outlook 365 Calendar) to Amberlo with 2-way sync and you are ready to go.

Budget for Matter or Client (Premium only)
Gain ultimate control and total visibility of all your matters by creating a budget for the Client or just for the Matter. This means that your team will not exceed the budget allocated for the Client or Matter, because you can now view the budget screen defining the expenses, the actuals, the remaining, and the progress bar. Moreover, Amberlo will notify you and your team members for when a Matter or Client reaches a particular percent or currency value (EUR, PLN, USD, etc) of that budget.

Conflict checking by adding additional contacts to the Client card (Person & Company)
Oftentimes, law firm cases have many related contacts that need to be added on a rolling basis and searchable within the system. From now on, Amberlo easily does that - you can add all related contacts and include all the necessary information. Now your newly added contact can be looked in the Global search bar or you can view the relationship between persons in the client card’s main information, allowing for easy conflict checking.

Approved invoice can be edited with Edit option
Need to change something about an invoice you approved? You can with the Edit option and no more need to reject it first. This is especially handy if you would like to update the: due date, amount, description of services, etc. Only the account Administrator can turn on the permission to edit approved invoices.

Enable or remove a user's permission to Approve Bills
As you already know Amberlo offers pre-defined roles, allowing various levels of accessibility and control on what's going on in your firm. From now on, you can also enable users in your organization to approve bills.

VAT amount per line item
When you're dealing with services that have different VAT rates, you might want to enter and calculate the VAT rate subtotals, and total for each of the different rates for the items on your invoices. From now on Amberlo takes care of multi-VAT invoices by automatically doing the necessary calculations.

Change your interface language to Spanish
Yes! We've added one more language to Amberlo. From now on you're able to comfortably read Amberlo's menus, buttons, etc in Spanish.
